4 years agoI'm trying to add my blueyonder account to my GMail app following above instructions but can't get it to connect to server. With google assist chat I got to the outgoing server page but still can't connect. I was advised that the port settings and server address are not properly mapping. Please advise what I can do next.

4 years agoPlease can you help, I have the email address linked to my online orders with John Lewis, I receive emails but cannot reply as it won’t respond, I have an issue with John Lewis regarding a guarantee on a child’s car seat, they are saying they will not honour the guarantee unless I respond via the email above, I have been told by Virgin Media to contact yourselves, is ther any way you can help please. 5 years agoI used your advice as above, but when going to NEXT the port changed to 995 (should be 993) and the message read 'Couldn't open connection to server. Help please?
