  • I have 2 BT Email address with the same account. When I try to set up emails on android phone, the 'primary' BT email sets up without problem. When I try to set up the second BT email it says that the password is incorrect. It obviously isn't as it is the same for both. Any suggestions please?

  • Similar comments to the above after following your instructions I cannot connect to my bt mail. Just returns the wrong password message which is clearly wrong. It used to work then started to return a message that I had to re-enter my IMAP password. When entering the data there is no option to enter port numbers.
