  • I have tried all of the settings above and all the combinations of freeserve, wannadoo, and orange on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo, I have managed to get it to send e-mail, but none of the incoming settings will authenticate, any ideas?? All works fine on my PC at home and used to work perfectly on my Blackeberry. The helpline people just keep saying that freeserve is old technology & that I'll have to change my e mail address. I'm pretty fed up as I now have a mobile phone which doesn't receive e mails when I am out of wifi. it just isn't good enough!!
