  • This has been plaguing me for weeks so I want to share my solution (after a 40 minute phone call to Sky, who I must admit were very helpful) Log in to your sky.com account on a Web browser, on a mobile is ok (I did this on my Samsung S7 android 8.0.0) Click the menu drop down on top left corner Click on all the following menu headings: Help Sky yahoo emails Fixing issues with yahoo mail Issues accessing yahoo mail Locate the text on page - Problems accessing emails via an email app? Click on the drop down arrow to expand. Click on Blue text hyperlink 'Problems accessing sky.com Mail from your email app' Scroll down and select android or iPhone, then scroll all the way down to the bottom to 'generate password' This is the password that needs to be put in the incoming and outgoing server settings - this solved my problem and I was able to add my account back into my Gmail app. Hope this helps someone!
