iPhone guide to setup Orange mail

1 Open 'Settings', click on 'Passwords & accounts' and 'Add account'.

Click on your provider name if it's listed, otherwise click on 'Other'

2 Make sure 'Email' is checked and click 'Save'.

Your email account is now saved. In the next steps we check if all settings are correct.

3 Click on your newly created email address and choose 'Advanced'. Make sure that the following data is correct under 'Incoming server':

Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 993

4 Go back to the previous screen and under 'Outgoing server' click on smtp.orange.com. Make sure the following information is correct:

Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 465

cannot set up email on my new iphone 6s

I have just swapped from an iPhone 6 to a iPhone 6S. I did not have any problems receiving or sending emails on my previous phone but on the 6s, I cannot send. Sometimes there is no message, other times I get the message incorrect username or password. All settings are as per your web site.

On my iphone I am trying toset up my email address as above. However it tells me username or password incorrect Not sure whether to use Orange, Orangehome or Wanadoo now tha EE are our provider for broadband

Hi, I'm trying to set up email on iPhone 5s but am not succeeding. I've followed all the steps on here but still says password is incorrect. If I don't put a password in it lets me set up but then can't receive or send emails. Any ideas?
