  • Hi My partner has recently moved in with me together with his computer which we both use for work. I am able to receive and send messages on my personal email which is vanessa.higgins1@ntlworld.com which I access through virgin media but my work email vanessa.higgins@rainbow-promises.co.uk which is set up for me on the computer through Outlook is receiving messages fine but will not send any. Different forums have suggested the server is blocking the outgoing ones, though I can't understand why it should block one type and not another. Also mentions lots of codes but I'm a real dinosaur when it comes to computers and it all reads like a different language. Can you help please? Vanessa
