Question and Answer

Have a question regarding your iPhone email setup or think you can help other BT Connect users out? Please comment below!

  • I am trying to setup and use the outlook app to access my mail in stead of using the iPhone email in the settings. I get many emails daily and find it too painful deleting the messages from my phone. I discovered the app and feel it. Will be much easier to manage if my emails are all in one place. I have tried to set up the app using the IMAP settings but it will not connect. If I login to my btconnect account I usually go through the but 365 login on my pic and it works fine. Please advise if it is possible to use the app rather than the emails being downloaded to my phone.

  • Followed above for iPad, but gets stuck on verifying and goes no further. Have to turn off to get out. Any ideas please.
