Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
Check 'Server settings'.
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

It would seem there is no way to contact Tesco. I'm 87 years of age and have been a customer for 30 years of ClubCard, Clubcard plus, Tesco mobile, Tesco banking. Despite being in a vulnerable group and self isolating for 12 weeks, I'm unable to get a home delivery slot after trying for three weeks. Your CEO's letter states you are making slots available for your elderly customers. If I get any older I'll be dead. I've tried for a slot at varying times and days including 1am and 3am. I'm extremely annoyed and upset and when this is all over I will no longer deal with Tesco as when I needed you most your website permanently states "try another day" even before I've attempted to choose.
4 years agoHad my order yesterday and 2 litres of Famous grouse still had security tags attached!! When I phoned helpline I was told replacement would be sent so where is it?

6 years agoHaving moved to a new laptop and created the Tesco email account in outlook 2016 I am able to receive emails but not send. I have double checked the settings and they are the same as my old laptop which can still send?

8 years agoI am no longer able to send emails via my tesco mail account through outlook. No problems when using webmail. I have followed the Outlook setup as advised and although incoming test passes, the 'Send test message' test does not. Error message = The server responded 554 5.7.1 [R8] Authentica
