1 Go to your mail app, choose settings and add a new email account.

4 Please enter your full Blueyonder email address and password. Then select "Manual Setup".

5 Enter the following information in the incoming settings screen:

Username: email
Password: uw email-wachtwoord
Incoming server: imap4.blueyonder.co.uk
Incoming poort: 993
Security type: ssl

Choose 'next'.

6 Enter the following information in the outgoing settings screen:

Outgoing server: smtp.blueyonder.co.uk
Outgoing port: 465
Security type: ssl
Authorisation required: yes
Username: email
Password: your email-password

  • Please can you help, I have the email address linked to my online orders with John Lewis, I receive emails but cannot reply as it won’t respond, I have an issue with John Lewis regarding a guarantee on a child’s car seat, they are saying they will not honour the guarantee unless I respond via the email above, I have been told by Virgin Media to contact yourselves, is ther any way you can help please.
