Outlook guide to setup Outlook mail

1 Start Outlook and open 'Account Settings'.

Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'

2 Create a new email account.

In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'

3 Enable 'Server Settings' and click Next.

Check 'Server settings'.

4 Congratulations, your account has been added!

Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

  • Since this morning when trying to get email I receive the following message: Cannot Get Mail No password provided for “blueyonder.co.uk” Please go to Mail Account Settings and enter a password. There appears to be a password there. How do I change it ?

  • I have been locked out of my emails on outlook for 2 days the error code that keeps coming up is protocol POP3, port 995, secure SSL: yes error number 0x800CCC18 , I am now getting very frustrated with sky as I have even put the port numbers in as suggested above and it still does not work.
