Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
Check 'Server settings'.
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

Thought engineer should wear mask in my house
3 years agoI suddenly cannot access my emails on my laptop. It is saying account not recognised. I phoned sky and they said its not recognised at their end either. Please help.

4 years agoThis is the message I am getting Send test e-mail message: The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). I am a totally blind customer with sky. I have used Microsoft outlook 2007 for many years but it stopped working last week. I was told by sky you were no longer supporting outlook 2007 and would need to upgrade at least up to outlook 2010 it still does not work I obtained the settings via the internet. The sky email with yahoo is neally impossible to use if your blind and using assistive tech like a screen reader. The only reason I am a sky customer is due to the email being accessible with a third party like Microsoft outlook 2010. I would be grateful for any help with up to date protocol’s pop and smtp with port settings etc. Thanks in advance.
4 years ago..my landline was out of order since september 6th 2019 the day on which I reported the fault...full service only resumed last week....sky customer service in general is pathetic. Landline fault calls are being screened when they initially come in. When you do their tests for the agen and they confirm that it's not a network fault chargable by sky to the network provider you then get screened because the charge can't be billed to the householder and the issue goes on the long finger or you end up getting fed up and go to another provider....

4 years agoI have made 2 phone calls in the last 3 days, i must say I'm not sure the call handler fully understood the issue. having issues with emails with Outlook on my laptop, you online help is no help at all,
4 years agoMy email no longer works on my laptop on Outlook 2016 and also 2019. I've tried all the things on the Sky website to no avail. What is going on? I can still use Outlook on my phone with no problem, Bad service from Sky on this one.
