Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
Check 'Server settings'.
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

Folowing a major outage due to virus (now resolved) I have no access to historic emails prior to 1st March 2021. However, my phone email shows every email going back. Also, all email folders are missing as well as my contacts. Note however, present day emails are sending and receiving. Please advise. Sincerely P. Hamilton
3 years agoJust set-up mail client on a new machine. Incoming is working fine, but for outgoing I get the message: An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: smtpout.karoo.kcom.com. My seeting are: server = smtp.eclipse.co.uk, Port 25, Connection security 'none', Authentication method 'No authentication'
