Hi, I have my KCOM email set up in my MAIL on my iPhone, and I receive emails, but cannot send emails. The same was true on my iPad. I have tried deleting the account on my iPad and reinstalling, but now it won’t even let me reinstall it. Can you let me know what I need to do to make sure that I can send as well as receive from the mail box on my iPhone, and how to get it working on my iPad as well? I have carefully followed the instructions on your guide for installing on an iPhone, but it is not working. Many thanks and best wishes.
2 years agoI have tried the set up as shown but when I try I get the message no ssl found do you want to continue yes or no. What am I doing wrong ? I was never able to get Karoo mail to work on my old iPad without logging into to site each time, and the screen was very truncated. Can you help?
