Outlook guide to setup Tiscali.co.uk mail
1 Start Outlook and open 'Account Settings'.
Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
2 Create a new email account.
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
3 Enable 'Server Settings' and click Next.
Check 'Server settings'.
4 Congratulations, your account has been added!
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

Trying to follow your instructions to set up Tiscali in Outlook, fail at the first fence - there is no 'file' tab.- Across the top I have:- reply/delete/archive/spam/sweep/move to /categories - so which one of those is masquerading as 'file' ?

Cannot access email.. Received error message. Asked for password. Cannot remember original as my account was set up with the original company and I do not have the documentation any more.
