Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
Check 'Server settings'.
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

2 years agosince installing windows10 on my pc I have not been able to send emails from my iPhone - I can only receive. Have changed the settings according to virgin media's instructions but still the same. Message is that my password is invalid, but it works for receiving and also on my PC! Don't know what else to try.
3 years agoTrying to set up ntlworld mail to come through Microsoft Outlook, which it appears to do but then says "we couldn't creats the Outlook Data File - but why?
