I received a prompt to change my password a couple of days ago. I did this but, since then, I've been unable to send mails from my iPhone. I've had no problem sending. I didn't change any other settings initially but, since the problem arose, I've tried to use your instructions. Nothing seems to work though. Please help!

Finally I deleted and then added my account back on to the iPad and now after several try's I can send but still not receive using pop.outlook.com port 995? Can anybody help?
