Set up iPhone Sky

1 Choose settings

2 Scroll down and choose Mail, Contacts and Calendars

3 Tap Add account and select Other

4 Tap Add Mail Account and enter the following information:

Name: your name
Email: your Sky email-address
Password: your Sky email-password
Description: enter "Sky"

5 Choose imap under incoming mail server and enter the following information:

Hostname: imap.tools.sky.com
Username: email
Password: your email-password

6 Scroll down and under outgoing mail server, enter the following information:

Hostname: smtp.tools.sky.com
Username: email
Password: your email-password

7 Tap save and in select your emailadress in the next screen.

8 Scroll down and under outgoing mail server choose SMTP.

9 Under Main server select smtp.tools.sky.com and make sure the following information is displayed:

SSL: ssl
Serverport: 465

10 Tap done and go to the previous screen. Choose Advanced and make sure the following information is correct:

SSL: ssl
Serverport: imap.tools.sky.com

11 Again, go back to the previous screen. Restart your iPhone to finish the setup!

I have tried different emails and I have tried to reset my password I have also deleted the mail account off the phone now I still receive the message when trying to add as a new mail account I am still getting the same messge.
