Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
Check 'Server settings'.
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

4 years agoI am not able to receive or send my emails on my new Ipad pro 11 but can receive them on my old IPAD can you help?
5 years agoI have switched to Sky Broadband. My email address is name.freeserve.co.uk I can receive emails but cannot send. I've changed various things but I'm going round in circles. Probably an easy fix but would appreciate some help. Thanks Ian.
7 years agoI keep getting "can't connect to freeserve server" regardless of settings.
7 years agoWe have had no emails into our synced Freeserve account via outlook since 28th Oct. Does anyone else know what is happening?
8 years agoFor two days, following a windows update, I am unable to send using my Freeserve accounts, receiving OK. changed o/g set up from smpt.freeserve.net port 587 to smpt.orange.net port 25 but still cannot send?
