Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
Check 'Server settings'.
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

I use the Mail APP for windows 10. I have three separate email Addresses. My settings for each I have checked and they are o.k. However on this Lap Top my IP address rtees@swissonline (Mail.hispeed.ch account) from UPC ch does not work as it should. All mails sent to rtees@swissonline.ch are only shown under rtees66@outlook.com. So I have no control to which address an E-mail was sent to. My gmail account is perfect. Sent with this address, comes in with this address. If I send a mail from rtees@swissonline.ch it arrives at the recipient as rtees66@outlook.com This causes confusion with my recipients. As rtees@swissonline.ch is not only my IP mail address, it is also my oldest and always functioned perfectly. I have checked with my Internet Provider, settings are correct, but they cannot tell me, why everything is diverted to rtees66@outlook.com Can you help me.
