Set up Outlook BT Internet

1 Start Outlook, click the File tab and click in the category information Account Settings

2 Click in the tab Email on New.

3 Switch on Server Settings and click Next.

4 Select Internet Email Addresses, click Next and enter the following data among user data:

Your name: Your full name.
Email Address: your full email address.

5 In the box Type Account below Server Information, select pop3 and fill out the following information:

Incoming e-mail: mail.btinternet.comIncoming port: 110Outgoing e-mail: mail.btinternet.comOutgoing port: 587

6 Below Login Information fill in the following settings:

E-mail: your BT Internet email-adressPassword: your BT Internet email-password Login with security: none

7 Click on Test Account Settings. If all goes well, click next and then finish.

However the laptop replicates my personal email account folder structure but the pc has only a default structure. How can I make the pc replicate my folders and will they then all synchronise?   • I download my email using OUTLOOK. It has stopped working on 2 previous occasions. My email worked fine on Saturday, 5th January 2019, this morning it has stopped working AGAIN. I can log on using THE SAME address and password on the internet but OUTLOOK will not work. It is important that I can download using outlook as it makes reading my daily emails and easier task.
