Outlook guide to setup BT Connect (Office 365) mail

1 Start Outlook and open 'Account Settings'.

Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'

2 Create a new email account.

In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'

3 Enable 'Server Settings' and click Next.

Check 'Server settings'.

4 Congratulations, your account has been added!

Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

  • I have been trying to access my email account, But It keep saying account does not exist. I have had this email for many years and all was fine till a few days ago. I have tried sorting the issue through Microsoft with no luck. There is a lot of important emails stored so any help would be appreciated. Please contact me through my wife email above.
