Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
Check 'Server settings'.
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

No E mails .
3 years agoI have been trying to access my email account, paddy.horton@btconnect.com. But It keep saying account does not exist. I have had this email for many years and all was fine till a few days ago. I have tried sorting the issue through Microsoft with no luck. There is a lot of important emails stored so any help would be appreciated. Please contact me through my wife email above. Regards Mr P Horton
