iPhone guide to setup Mail.com mail

1 Open 'Settings', click on 'Passwords & accounts' and 'Add account'.

Click on your provider name if it's listed, otherwise click on 'Other'

2 Make sure 'Email' is checked and click 'Save'.

Your email account is now saved. In the next steps we check if all settings are correct.

3 Click on your newly created email address and choose 'Advanced'. Make sure that the following data is correct under 'Incoming server':

Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 993

4 Go back to the previous screen and under 'Outgoing server' click on smtp.mail.com. Make sure the following information is correct:

Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 587

Outgoing doesn’t work on iPad. Follow settings, but see no option for Mail, Contacts, and Calendars. Go to accounts and passwords and enter as you describe. No difference. Help.

I followed your instructions to add an outlook account to my ip6s, but got lost at 7 where screens do not seem to correspond with your text? I am no expert and would appreciate your help. My existing Outlook private account will NOT send. Help. I am on o7707 160432. Retired, but trying my very best.

Dear Sir i have just bought an iphone 8 and can not get it to configure to mail.com account i keep getting the responce "the mail server imap.mail.com is not responding please very the account settings.
