iPhone guide to setup Orange Home mail
1 Open 'Settings', click on 'Passwords & accounts' and 'Add account'.
Click on your provider name if it's listed, otherwise click on 'Other'
2 Make sure 'Email' is checked and click 'Save'.
Your email account is now saved. In the next steps we check if all settings are correct.
3 Click on your newly created email address and choose 'Advanced'. Make sure that the following data is correct under 'Incoming server':
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 110
4 Go back to the previous screen and under 'Outgoing server' click on smtp.orangehome.co.uk. Make sure the following information is correct:
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 587

Could always sign into my wanadoo.couk old email address until recent , now just blank screen when login on orange home page

I can get my emails through Microsoft Office Outlook anywhere but can only send out emails when I'm at home and connected through my Wanadoo Livebox. Could you explain why this is happening please.

I am trying to set up my orangehome e-mail on my iphone 6, its on Vodafone. I have set up the outgoing mail, ingoing mail exactly as per instructions on the web site, correct ports etc. The phone seems to verify it ok and comes up with a series of ticks and sets up the e-mail on the phone - however I still cant send or recieve e-mails by phone - error message "sender address was rejected by the server". PS I am using my online password that I normally use to access e-mil via the orange web site. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong??

After choosing advanced will show server port 110 not pop.orangehome.co.uk this is always be same after many attempts.Will also tell me username or password incorrect HELP
