Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
Check 'Server settings'.
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

Since a glitch with our broadband connection a few weeks back - which might be totally unrelated - e-mails sent from this address appear to come from a "Doris Smith" who was chair of the organisation a few years back. We use Microsoff Office Outlook and going into Tools, Accounts and "change settings" the "Your Name" show what we want with as "LPForum" with no sign of a Doris Smith anywhere. How can this be corrected so that those receiving the mail see it is from "LPForum". This is quite an important issue for what is a small charity as the mail otherwise can be treated as junk and discarded unread.
