5 Select Internet Email Addresses, click Next and enter the following data among user data:

Your name: Your full name.
Email Address: your Eclipse email address.

6 In the box Type Account below Server Information, select imap and fill out the following information:

Incoming e-mail: mail.eclipse.co.uk
Incoming port: 143

Outgoing e-mail: smtp.eclipse.co.uk
Outgoing port: 25

7 Under Login Information fill in the following settings:

E-mail: your Eclipse email-adress
Password: your Eclipse email-password

Login with security: none

Folowing a major outage due to virus (now resolved) I have no access to historic emails prior to 1st March 2021. However, my phone email shows every email going back. Also, all email folders are missing as well as my contacts. Note however, present day emails are sending and receiving. Please advise. Sincerely P. Hamilton

Just set-up mail client on a new machine. Incoming is working fine, but for outgoing I get the message: An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: smtpout.karoo.kcom.com. My seeting are: server = smtp.eclipse.co.uk, Port 25, Connection security 'none', Authentication method 'No authentication'
