Outlook guide to setup Kcom mail
5 Select Internet Email Addresses, click Next and enter the following data among user data:
Your name: Your full name.
Email Address: your Kcom email address.
6 In the box Type Account below Server Information, select imap and fill out the following information:
Incoming e-mail: imap.karoo.co.uk
Incoming port: 143
Outgoing e-mail: smtp.karoo.co.uk
Outgoing port: 25
7 Under Login Information fill in the following settings:
E-mail: your Kcom email-adress
Password: your Kcom email-password
Login with security: none

Unable to send outgoing emails, even tho have the correct smtp.karoo.co.uk . Should I change the port number Trying to send emails from iPad and phone . Can you help
