6 In the box Type Account below Server Information, select imap and fill out the following information:

Incoming port: 143

Outgoing e-mail: smtp.orange.net
Outgoing port: 587

7 Under Login Information fill in the following settings:

E-mail: your Tiscali.co.uk email-adress
Password: your Tiscali.co.uk email-password

Login with security: none

Trying to follow your instructions to set up Tiscali in Outlook, fail at the first fence - there is no 'file' tab.- Across the top I have:- reply/delete/archive/spam/sweep/move to /categories - so which one of those is masquerading as 'file' ?
