Outlook guide to setup Wanadoo mail

5 Select Internet Email Addresses, click Next and enter the following data among user data:

Your name: Your full name.
Email Address: your Wanadoo email address.

6 In the box Type Account below Server Information, select imap and fill out the following information:

Incoming e-mail: pop.wanadoo.co.uk
Incoming port: 110

Outgoing e-mail: smtp.orange.net
Outgoing port: 587

7 Under Login Information fill in the following settings:

E-mail: your Wanadoo email-adress
Password: your Wanadoo email-password

Login with security: none

I have an old wanadoo email address and I cant remeber my password as I need to retrieve an email that a company has sent to this address. The reset wont work as it sends the reset link to the wanadoo accpunt which as stated above I cant access. Please can you advise urgently. Regards

How do I get my emails and address book back after having a new hard drive put into this computer. Files were saved onto ext hardrive but I was told to contact wanadoo to have all my email data and contacts restored.
