Despite resetting my password on skys main site I still cannot get access to my emails on my phone. I ve doubled checked ingoing/outgoing servers and everything is okay but it still doesn't work

5 years agoSince yesterday I am unable to receive emails, says my password or username are wrong( haven't changed anything poor to this) went and changed my password but it still doesn't let me recieve/send emails. All other settings correct, what's happening?

5 years agoMy husband emails has stop working, it keeps asking him to sign in but he has forgot his password they then say they will send him an email to reset but he can’t receive any emails how can he rectify this without access to emails
