6 years agoI have followed your instructions to the letter and each time the result has been "no response from the server" or "could not make contact with the server"?? I have been to my local Virgin store ,who have checked my phone and their system and found no fault, advising me to contact Virgin customer services as the fault appears to be out of their control.I have made many attempts to speak to customer services but it is impossible to actually speak to anyone other than a programmed machine??? Would you please help to resolve this issue. Frank Green
