Android guide to setup Orange Home mail

1 Open your Email application from the menu, add a new account and choose 'Other'.

If you do not have an account yet, you can start setting up right away. Otherwise, open 'Settings' in the email app and choose 'Add account'.

2 In the next screen enter your account details and click on 'Login':

Email: your Orange Home email address
Password: your Orange Home email password

3 Choose pop3 and enter the following details under 'Server incoming mail':

pop3 server: pop.orangehome.co.uk
Security type: none
Port: 110

4 Your account is now ready to use.

Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the email app on your smartphone to use your email.

does this password work uw email-wachtwoord as all versions seem to have same password should I substitute my email password...my password works on the web.

Has Orange changed the POP3 server? Emails are NOT being received. Has they changed the port number from 110 to something else?

My wife, like me, as switched to BT mobile with a new smartphone and I cannot set up her orangehome email account. I follow all your instructions for POP3 incoming set up (although I am unsure of what 'UW email-watchwoord' means) but I cannot get any further because every time I hit 'next' it gives me the message: 'Couldn't finish. Couldn't open connection to server'. I have checked with BT and the phone is activated. Can you help please?

I am with orange mobile however my Internet provider is plus net. I cannot send emails from my phone either on wifi or mobile Internet. I have a Samsung galaxy s5 mini. What should my outgoing settings be ? I hope you can help
