  • For a long while you charged me £20 a month and it didnt matter how much the phone cost,and I could see my bill on line,now you have taken £22.85 on 20/7 then £22.25 on 20/8 without telling me the change.and I cant find my bill on line,as it used to come as an email,all this not very good
