Android guide to setup Sky.com mail
1 Open your Email application from the menu, add a new account and choose 'Other'.
If you do not have an account yet, you can start setting up right away. Otherwise, open 'Settings' in the email app and choose 'Add account'.
2 In the next screen enter your account details and click on 'Login':
Email: your Sky.com email address
Password: your Sky.com email password
3 Choose imap and enter the following details under 'Server incoming mail':
imap server: imap.tools.sky.com
Security type: ssl
Port: 993
4 Your account is now ready to use.
Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the email app on your smartphone to use your email.

All of a sudden out of nowhere I am unable to send/forward emails from my Galaxy S6. When I complete the email settings just keep receiving message ' Can't set up account. A security connection error has occurred. Please can you help.

My sky email has failed to sync since yesterday. I have a Samsung s8. I have changed my password but keep receiving the following message: Can't set up account. The username or password is incorrect or POP3/IMAP access isn;t turned on for this account. Check your email account settings on web, then try again. which I have done but with no success. I have checked all email settings are as listed on tbe sky help page. Please advise

I get the message about imap or pop3 not accessed check email settings. It has worked fine up until now

I battle to get my sky-email account set-up on my Samsung Android device. Message received: Can't set up account. The username or password is incorrect or POP3/IMAP access isn;t turned on for this account. Check your email account settings on weg, then try again. which I did....with no success

Hi. I am able to receive emails no problem but for some reason it will not allow me to send or fwd an email I have received. I have checked all settings and re-installed 3 times. It Fails by saying "error on server" Can you help. It is a samsung S7 edge
