Android guide to setup Sky.com mail
1 Open your Email application from the menu, add a new account and choose 'Other'.
If you do not have an account yet, you can start setting up right away. Otherwise, open 'Settings' in the email app and choose 'Add account'.
2 In the next screen enter your account details and click on 'Login':
Email: your Sky.com email address
Password: your Sky.com email password
3 Choose imap and enter the following details under 'Server incoming mail':
imap server: imap.tools.sky.com
Security type: ssl
Port: 993
4 Your account is now ready to use.
Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the email app on your smartphone to use your email.

I have had a HUDl 2 for about two years, suddenly on 6th Feb 2017 I can't send emails with sky.i have phoned tesco up and sky up but nobody knows why.they say the settings are right but it just keeps saying can't finish can't connect to server. What has happened?

I am unable to access my sky email. It was working fine up until Friday. Have tried all the settings as stated. Not sure if password is correct do not hsve option to chsngevit?
