8 years agoI am trying to set up my email account on a new android mobile. All of the settings and details are correct, but I get a message up: Setup could not finish Authentification failed Please could you help? Thanks in advance Linda
8 years agoHi I'm trying to set up my email accounts to my new android phone using the advice page that Virgin provides and I keep getting the following message - Account setup error; setup failed. Reasons may be; the username or passwordis incorrect. The IMAP/SMTP service is disabled. Enable the service and try again. For more information contact your email service provider; any ideas regards Simon
