iPhone guide to setup Blueyonder mail
1 Open 'Settings', click on 'Passwords & accounts' and 'Add account'.
Click on your provider name if it's listed, otherwise click on 'Other'
2 Make sure 'Email' is checked and click 'Save'.
Your email account is now saved. In the next steps we check if all settings are correct.
3 Click on your newly created email address and choose 'Advanced'. Make sure that the following data is correct under 'Incoming server':
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 993
4 Go back to the previous screen and under 'Outgoing server' click on smtp.virginmedia.com. Make sure the following information is correct:
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 465

Hi we had a blueyonder email address but somehow we are now with above email address however we have a problem with a solicitor over the purchase of our house 8 years ago and need to get into old emails from then but when I try to log in to that account I can't we are desperate so please help

My blueyonder emails in and out stopped working yesterday. I'm trying to set up an account again but it's not accepting my password. Could you please give me some advise on debra.cable@icloud.com. Thanks

Are you able to help! I have a blueyonder email address and have recently changed from Viegin media to BT for my Internet service provider due to service connection issues. I am recieving a connection error both on my Macbook pro and on my Galaxy S4 smart phone, saying 'Authentation error' not able to sign in! Also not able to remember all my log in details to refresh my password ! Will I have to sort out a new password or should I still be able to recover my email address?
