9 years agoMy blueyonder mail is failing to download on my phone having worked perfectly up to 3 weeks ago. There is no problem on my pc. I have tried reinstalling as per your page but it doesn't work
9 years agoI am unable to receive emails since Sunday 10 April 2016 - the message is: The username or password for "blueyonder.co.uk" is incorrect. Help please.

9 years agoI have successfully managed all the above steps but on the last step I am unable to type letters for the serverport: can only add numbers - also I have an option for S/MIME
