Cannot seem to use 4g to send and receive emails on iPhone 6 using blueyonder account. Works fine on wifi but with 4g get message connection to smtp blueyonder outgoing server failed. All settings are correct as far as I can tell. Can I configure additional outgoing mail servers for blueyonder?

9 years agoHi. I've just upgraded my iPhone from a 5s to a 6s. Everything is now working except that outgoing mail from my blueyonder account will not go from the new phone, though it will from my old phone and my iPad. I've checked settings - they are the same on both phones. Any ideas? Many thanks.
