9 years agoI'm trying to connect Tesco email to my iphone. Various messages; Cannot get mail, the username or password for mail.tesco.net is incorrect for one. Can you please call me and talk me through it before I go MAAAAD

9 years agoI have attempted to set up my email via your instruction above an keep failing. I have had my email address and password for many years but stil i get rejected. Fortunately i get my email on my iMac, Macbook pro, iphone 4s, but not on my new iphone 6S plus. I keep getting message of error 'cannot get mail' the mail server "mail server.net" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. I have frequently but still get this message. Additionally I have used my Macbook pro and here I get my mail???????? 9 years agoI am trying to access my Tesco emails from my iPad. I have followed all the above step by step and when I check back all the information is correct but when verifying it keeps telling me can not connect to the server (failed) or the information is incorrect. My internet is connected so I don't know why it's happening.
