5 Choose 'Add mail account', and enter the following information:

Password: your Tiscali.co.uk email password
Description: a personal description

6 Choose imap and enter the following details under 'Incoming mail server':

Hostname: imap.tiscali.co.uk
Username: your Tiscali.co.uk email address
Password: your Tiscali.co.uk email password

7 Under 'Outgoing mail server' enter the details below and choose 'next':

Hostname: smtp.orange.net
Username: your Tiscali.co.uk email address
Password: your Tiscali.co.uk email password

8 Choose 'Done' at the top right and restart the iPhone to activate the settings.

Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the mail app to use your account.

Using Windows 10 and Office 2016 Outlook Express. Nov. 9 sent last Email from Italy to Italy. Arrived in NYC on Nov. 9th and not able to send only receive. Four specialists have determined that the problem is server settings. Microsoft also took remote control two times: they spoke with talktalk.net two times and unable to learn the correct settings. Please advise urgently as tiscali.it has been my free email provider for nearly 20 years and has been down for nearly two weeks. Thank you.

These instructions do not work for me. The iPhone cannot verify the smtp.orange.net server with my tiscali email credentials. Is there something wrong here?
