iPhone - Blueyonder mail setup

Mail settings Blueyonder

POP / IMAP imap
Incoming server imap4.blueyonder.co.uk
Incoming port 993
SSl (security) incoming ssl
Outgoing server smtp.blueyonder.co.uk
Outgoing port 465
SSL (security) outgoing ssl
Requires sign-in yes

Choose settings1
Scroll down and choose Mail, Contacts and Calendars2
Tap Add account and select Other3
Tap Add Mail Account and enter the following information:4

Name: your name
Email: your Blueyonder email-address
Password: your Blueyonder email-password
Description: enter "Blueyonder"

Choose imap under incoming mail server and enter the following information:5

Hostname: imap4.blueyonder.co.uk
Username: email
Password: your email-password

Scroll down and under outgoing mail server, enter the following information:6

Hostname: smtp.blueyonder.co.uk
Username: email
Password: your email-password

Tap save and in select your emailadress in the next screen. 7
Scroll down and under outgoing mail server choose SMTP.8
Under Main server select smtp.blueyonder.co.uk and make sure the following information is displayed:9

SSL: ssl
Serverport: 465

Tap done and go to the previous screen. Choose Advanced and make sure the following information is correct:10

SSL: ssl
Serverport: imap4.blueyonder.co.uk

Again, go back to the previous screen. Restart your iPhone to finish the setup!11

Hi I have successfully got blueyonder mail working on iPhone 6. On my laptop the email is viewed through Outlook as is Calendar. But calendar on iPhone is not showing same as laptop, only shows public holidays. I have tried adding outlook account to iPhone but this only doubles up on mail and won't make calendar work.

Says "cannot send mail" as "SMTP:devi.palania@blueyonder.co.uk" is incorrect. I entered incorrect password by mistake when first trying to send an e-mail on my new I-phone. Don't know how to rectify this. Can receive mails but not able to send them on my new iPhone now. Who should I cot tact to rectify this? Thanks for your help

My email has been working perfectly for years and now it's stopped working .. Works ok on my computer .. Is the mail server down .. I've been into settings and imap4 is now only imap I've not changed settings ??

iPhone6S - Password no longer recognised for outgoing mail. Still works fine on PC. With ios10 update, ipad also no longer sends blueyonder email. Can still receive though.

Cannot seem to use 4g to send and receive emails on iPhone 6 using blueyonder account. Works fine on wifi but with 4g get message connection to smtp blueyonder outgoing server failed. All settings are correct as far as I can tell. Can I configure additional outgoing mail servers for blueyonder?

I use an Apple iPhone and all was working fine, yesterday I downloaded an update from Apple and today all my emails (inbox) have gone, an empty inbox. I have checked the deleted items but they are not there.

Hi. I've just upgraded my iPhone from a 5s to a 6s. Everything is now working except that outgoing mail from my blueyonder account will not go from the new phone, though it will from my old phone and my iPad. I've checked settings - they are the same on both phones. Any ideas?
