Android guide to setup Blueyonder mail
1 Open your Email application from the menu, add a new account and choose 'Other'.
If you do not have an account yet, you can start setting up right away. Otherwise, open 'Settings' in the email app and choose 'Add account'.
2 In the next screen enter your account details and click on 'Login':
Email: your Blueyonder email address
Password: your Blueyonder email password
3 Choose imap and enter the following details under 'Server incoming mail':
imap server: imap.virginmedia.com
Security type: ssl
Port: 993
4 Your account is now ready to use.
Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the email app on your smartphone to use your email.

I used your advice as above, but when going to NEXT the port changed to 995 (should be 993) and the message read 'Couldn't open connection to server. Help please?

I bought a new HP laptop in the summer, My regular email address is with blueyonder.co.uk, I also use occasional email address with gmail.com. I send email through blueyonder from Thunderbird, since new laptop recipients now receive it from my gmail address even though I send from blueyonder. Can anyone help please

Hi I can't remember my password for my blueyonder email account. I am also no longer with virgin media. Is there a link to reset this.Many thanks

I am trying to get my e mails for above account on galaxy s9. I have gone to manual set up, impap put in my password and it still does not work it says under incoming server settings , e mail security not guaranteed

I am unable to acess todays emails. I have messages telling me that I have failed to log in on my tablet.I don't sign in to email on the tablet,and don't appear to have a facility to do so thank you

Tried that with my LG Optimus LG-E400 keeps tellimg me username or password incorrect when it is actually correct.
