  • I have done all if the above on my new android device but it keeps kicking me out saying that it is not secure. I've also just set up a new Tablet and my blue yonder email copied straight across. Never had this problem with a new phone before.

  • Hello.......I am having issues with my phone after the software was up-dated yesterday morning. It is an android phone Sony Xperia 5 Mk 2. It does not recognise my email address as I was trying to figure it out how this afternoon. I have remove M/S Outlook and try to install it again but M/S does not recognise my email address. Please can you help me as I can access to my Outlook on my home pc but not phone. Your urgent attention to this matter would be much appreciated.
