Android guide to setup Sky.com mail

1 Open your Email application from the menu, add a new account and choose 'Other'.

If you do not have an account yet, you can start setting up right away. Otherwise, open 'Settings' in the email app and choose 'Add account'.

2 In the next screen enter your account details and click on 'Login':

Email: your Sky.com email address
Password: your Sky.com email password

3 Choose imap and enter the following details under 'Server incoming mail':

imap server: imap.tools.sky.com
Security type: ssl
Port: 993

4 Your account is now ready to use.

Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the email app on your smartphone to use your email.

I do the setup as shown on this sit but then get the following message: Setup failed. Reason may be: The user name or password is incorrect. The IMAP/SMTP service is disabled. Enable the service and try again. For more information, contact your email service provider. Please help me!!

i can't set up a sky email account on my phone,i enter my email and password,but says incorrect user name or password or imap isnt set up,i can set up my yahoo account that is linked to this,but my sky one is my main account.
