6 years agoHello, Since yesterday, I cannot access my emails on the Mail app of my iPad and my 2 iPhones (6 & 7). I tried to cancel the account and add it again. The incoming IMAP server does not appear. I am still able to receive emails on Safari. I called AppleCare. They stated the problem was with Aol. Could you please help ? Thank you. Regards, Pascal
6 years agoI'm trying to install my aol acct. on my new iphoneX. When I go to settings and scroll down to find "Mail, contacts, calendar" each of these 3 are separate icons. If I go to the mail setting (icon) there is no "ADD ACCOUNT". So I'm stuck.

6 years agoI am unable to access my aol account on my phone. This has happened several times. Each time I was able to resolve the issue. Today, I called the AOL Tech Support Desk and was told that the server was corrupted because I did not have the phone protected from infections. In order to correct the problem with a one time fix, I would need to pay AOL $129. If I wanted to protect the phone for one year, it would cost be $199. I am paying every month to have AOL. I am beginning to wonder if this isn't a scam outfit.
