iPhone guide to setup Wanadoo mail

1 Open 'Settings', click on 'Passwords & accounts' and 'Add account'.

Click on your provider name if it's listed, otherwise click on 'Other'

2 Make sure 'Email' is checked and click 'Save'.

Your email account is now saved. In the next steps we check if all settings are correct.

3 Click on your newly created email address and choose 'Advanced'. Make sure that the following data is correct under 'Incoming server':

Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 110

4 Go back to the previous screen and under 'Outgoing server' click on smtp.orange.net. Make sure the following information is correct:

Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 587

  • My e mails just stopped a few days ago. Same settings last 10 years, no problems. I have tried resetting my pass word, no good. Also tried accessing my account on tablet, phone, laptop all no good.. Message saying wrong password or dose not recognise e mail address

  • I can complete the set up for my email until the until step 10 Choose advanced when I come to the Server Port I can only get numbers no letters to insert pop.wanadoo.co.uk I see that someone has had the same problem
