iPhone guide to setup Wanadoo mail
1 Open 'Settings', click on 'Passwords & accounts' and 'Add account'.
Click on your provider name if it's listed, otherwise click on 'Other'
2 Make sure 'Email' is checked and click 'Save'.
Your email account is now saved. In the next steps we check if all settings are correct.
3 Click on your newly created email address and choose 'Advanced'. Make sure that the following data is correct under 'Incoming server':
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 110
4 Go back to the previous screen and under 'Outgoing server' click on smtp.orange.net. Make sure the following information is correct:
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 587

I've had my wanadoo account set up to send/receive emails on my iphone - recently I've been unable to send. i was advised to reinstall but the password is not recognised; how do I get the email password reset?

when you go to final serverport you only get numbers no letters this may be my problem i have iphone 6s

I have a phone4.Tried many time but get to step 6 6 then get message 'The IMAP server "pop.wanadoo.co.uk" is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the " incoming Mail Server" field. Can you help?

Ok so I've worked it out when setting up your email account, go to other then it will come up with where to put your name and at the top it will say imap or pop Make sure you set your email account up on pop Say no to ssl Hope it works As we have had a stressful few months

I receive emails on my iPad air2 but with some when I look at them later it says they have not been downloaded from the server. How can I solve this?

Hi, I am having trouble in setting up my email account on my iPhone 5S. After instruction no.6 i get this message - "The IMAP server ‘pop.wanadoo.co.uk is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the ‘Incoming Mail Server’ field." Please can you advise. Many Thanks Val

I have tried the above on innumerable occasions. My iPad keeps telling me to check settings!
