can't get my mail on iphone 6
9 years agofor the first time in years i cannot access into my e mail account-its asking for username and password-have forgotten both.Am not IT conversant,can you help? ty
9 years agoI've had my wanadoo account set up to send/receive emails on my iphone - recently I've been unable to send. i was advised to reinstall but the password is not recognised; how do I get the email password reset?
9 years agowhen you go to final serverport you only get numbers no letters this may be my problem i have iphone 6s
9 years agoI have a phone4.Tried many time but get to step 6 6 then get message 'The IMAP server "pop.wanadoo.co.uk" is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the " incoming Mail Server" field. Can you help?

9 years agoOk so I've worked it out when setting up your email account, go to other then it will come up with where to put your name and at the top it will say imap or pop Make sure you set your email account up on pop Say no to ssl Hope it works As we have had a stressful few months
9 years agoI receive emails on my iPad air2 but with some when I look at them later it says they have not been downloaded from the server. How can I solve this?
9 years agoHi, I am having trouble in setting up my email account on my iPhone 5S. After instruction no.6 i get this message - "The IMAP server ‘pop.wanadoo.co.uk is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the ‘Incoming Mail Server’ field." Please can you advise. Many Thanks Val
