Outlook guide to setup Sky.com mail

1 Start Outlook and open 'Account Settings'.

Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'

2 Create a new email account.

In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'

3 Enable 'Server Settings' and click Next.

Check 'Server settings'.

4 Congratulations, your account has been added!

Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

For the last few weeks i am unable to send emails from my sky email account. Ive tried entering the credentials and its still not working.

As of today Tuesday 6th August, When trying to send and receive email via Outlook 200, I am consistently asked for a password. I have reset the password and re-entered the credentials. Have even tried swapping from POP to IMAP and still have the same issue.

Hi I entered smtp.tools.sky.com but my email from outlook doesnt go.I don't have the details for advanced settings I am a sky tv and broadband customer using outlook in office2019

I have been using my eircom email address using outlook on windows 10 for a few years no problem now I cant send email from my eircom address only receive have checked all setting in outlook account no good I get error 550

In Outlook 2016 on my PC, I can't email my hotmail account (undeliverable message) from Sky. I have no problem from my tablet or direct from the Sky/Yahoo web browser

can somebody please contact me asap, I have a pop up window constantly asking for password and it does not accept the password Also the outgoing emails seem to be blocked. my phone number is +44 (0) 7801 013705 regards
