Outlook guide to setup Sky.com mail

1 Start Outlook and open 'Account Settings'.

Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'

2 Create a new email account.

In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'

3 Enable 'Server Settings' and click Next.

Check 'Server settings'.

4 Congratulations, your account has been added!

Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

  • I recently moved to the UK from the Netherlands. Today an engineer from BT connected me to the internet. Unfortunately I can not receive or send mails. My brother in law looked into the matter and he tells me my settings are: POP.tools.sky.com and SMTP.tools.sky.com. My outgoing server requires logon auth. Connection - use "connect using my LAN'. Incoming server ssl 995. Outgoing server ssl 465.This server requirs an encryption connection (ssl). As I do not understand all this I need your help, please.

  • IOS Outlook (iPhone/iPad) !! Not Sierra Outlook.... On IOS Outlook every time I log into Sky/Yahoo email it asks for my password!! Its driving me nuts and I'm about to ditch Sky as a consequence....What is the issue? Sky email has been a fiasco ever since the switch from gmail with various hacks into Yahoo and password changes a necessity, and these have not been well supported.... Sky/Yahoo, please get your act together and fix these problems....
