Hi i am having trouble, after following the instructions i keep getting a message saying we cant verify the account.
5 years agoI'm not able to receive emails on my android. It keeps telling me to put password in credentials but says its incorrect when I know it's right 🤔🤔🤔🤔
5 years agoBoth my iPad and Samsung Galaxy 9 stopped receiving emails to my Sky account at 1255 this afternoon. My iPad allowed me to reconnect by signing in again but I have been unable to reconnect on my Galaxy. I have now deleted the account and tried to reinstate following the instructions above however am receiving the message “ the username or password is incorrect or POP3/IMAP access isn’t turned on for this account. Check your account settings or contact your service provider” . Can you advise how to resolve please?

5 years ago'm with Virgin for my internet/ tv but have a sky yahoo account that I was sure had been compromised so I changed the password, now when I attempt to go into the mail on my samsung S9 mobile via the samsung email icon on my home page it opens the inbox but asks me to input a password, then re tries opens the inbox but Asks for the password again repeatedly . Failing to update any incoming new messages. Can you pls advise

5 years agoHi my mother has just changed her broadband to Sky and she can no longer send emails via her tablet. She uses a Onetel email address which is margaretataylor@onetel.com her incoming emails are still arriving but ineed to change the outgoing mail settings. please can you help me with what information i need to enter to do this.
